There are many reviews of this product which has left wireless broadband store shelves just as quickly as it arrived. It seems this "toy" just can't be made quick enough to satisfy the demand that is out there for it.

Good use is made of the balance board that is used for the exercises you will be performing. I wouldn't be to concerned with the b.m.i. that the system gives you, it isn't really all that accurate. I don't think hospitals are using this thing to tell someone how long they have to live.

Anyways, you can do different exercises ranging from yoga, to push ups, and other different balance exercises. I do have to say if you put a reasonable amount of effort into this you will get a fair workout. If you haven't done any physical exercise(when was the last time you broke a sweat because of somthing other than the heat?)in a long time you may want to ease yourself into a nice exercise program. Don't treat this Dialup work, if you do it will turn out to be a waste of money. I mean if you liked work, you wouldn't be spending your money on games, you would be at work.
